2. Tell
your friends about Phil. Here's an easy way to help: Send

3. Post
a bumper sticker. Show your support by putting a bumper sticker
on your car, boat or trailer. Send an e-mail

4. Organize
a house party in your neighborhood. You can help raise money
in your neighborhood by hosting an informal party- - a summer
barbecue, a small reception or a weekend drop-in. Send us an e-mail

5. Volunteer
your time. If you've got some extra time, work with us to
make phone calls, distribute literature and organize your community
