CONTRIBUTION
GUIDELINES
Candidates may not accept more than $1,000 from individuals during
an election cycle. These figures are based on a cumulative total
for the election cycle.
Candidates may receive contributions from individuals, partnerships,
business, corporations and political action committees (PACs).
Contributions by each spouse are considered separate contributions
and not attributable to the other spouse.
Contribution limits apply to each primary, general, and runoff
election. One contribution limit applies to candidates who are
unopposed during an election cycle.
